Binary File Compare Utility for FormFlow Converter

I was desperately in need of a customized binary file compare utility for the FormFlow converter I'm working on, so I started to make one.

The binary file compare utility should be able to open two FRP files and show me the differences as bytes and integers.

With regards to file access and sharing, it shouldn’t lock the files opened so far, so I can change one’s contents in FormFlow, and then monitor their differences using the refresh button.
