Komeil’s Persian Keyboard Layout (kbdfa.dll) for Windows 2000

I ran into problems with Microsoft’s Persian (Farsi) keyboard layout—kbdfa.dll—which is incompatible with Persian typewriters.

I was familiar with keyboard layout DLLs since Windows NT 4.0, so today I released my Windows 2000 customized compilation of “kdbfa.dll”—Komeil’s Persian Keyboard Layout for Windows 2000—to private users, obviating their need for a proper Persian keyboard layout.
